With over 55 years in the Hospitality Industry Ronald A. Sofranko and Len Petrancosta have teamed up to make Hospitality Brokerage Services the number one Restaurant Brokerage Service in the Pittsburgh region.
Leonard T. Petrancosta, 55, Leonard is a 34 year veteran of the Pittsburgh food industry. He began his career owning and operating an independent restaurant for 14 years. Mr. Petrancosta joined Sysco Food Service (The Global leader in marketing, selling, and distributing food products to restaurants) in the Harmony office 19 years ago as a marketing associate. He planned and provided inside sales support including sales training, product research and business analysis. Within 2 years he had progressed to district sales manager and regional sales manager, during this time he was responsible for staff, purchasing and maintaining perishable and non-perishable inventory in excess of 10 Million Dollars. Mr. Petrancosta moved into the position Vice President of territory sales after 13 years, within a year in this position he moved up the ladder to Senior Vice President. Leonard stayed in this position for 7 years. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Sysco Food Services of the Pittsburgh, LLC office for the last 3 years. Len graduated in 1977 from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Leonard resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Susan, and three children.
