He has experience, in staffing (recruiting, hiring, firing) tracking inventory, advertising, marketing, consulting with business owners in creating multiple lanes of new revenue, as well as the latest trends and ways to increase cash flow, and more.

Background and Education: Ed has a number of family members who own multiple restaurants throughout PA and Ohio. He attended Mercyhurst University where he majored in marketing and minored in accounting. He was a student-athlete there but also found time to manage the bar and entertainment at the Ratskeller Cafe' where he first got the itch for ownership in the hospitality industry.

Out of the Office: Ed Lives in South Fayette PA with his wife Aimee; they have 3 daughters Gianna, Tea’, and Antonella. They spend a lot of time in Delray Beach Florida. Ed Loves to get in the woods with his favorite companion; his dog Mia (part Lab part Shar Pei). Ed and Aimee love taking advantage of the amazing food scene in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

Favorite Local Spot: For breakfast hands down Gab n Eat, but for a full meal experience I enjoy Alecchino's Ristorante

Favorite Food: It depends on the day and mood; I will go all around the world!
