David Glickman, a director in the Pittsburgh office of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented the property in the deal after Wexford-based Sofranko Advisory Services Group, LLC introduced him to Frangiadis and his new plans.
He said Frangiadis‘s track record suggests a new restaurant that could eventually rank in the city’s top tier of dining options.
