Tapped Brick Oven and Pour House has successful grand opening!

Tapped Brick Oven and Pour House hits the ground running with a packed house!

Julie and Eric Jones, proud owners of Tapped Brick Oven and Pour House, opened this past week to a huge crowd. Social media drove the success with over 1000 Facebook likes prior to the grand opening!  Sofranko Advisory Group worked with Julie and Eric for over 8 months to design, recruit staff, hire an executive chef, and construct a 4,400 square foot, 170 seat restaurant with 30 craft beers on tap!

Located in Hempfield’s Greengate Commons (across from the Walmart plaza), Tapped is locally owned and operated and features a menu inspired by Chef Patrick Conway. Tapped features authentic woodfired Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 800°, 30 beers on draft, focusing on craft and local breweries, a large wine selection, including draft house wine, and specialty drinks. The menu also includes gourmet salads, house made appetizers, house made soups, sandwiches, pasta and entrees.
