Sarah Evans will be assisting in the expansion of Sofranko Advisory Groups' subsidiary divisions by lending her expertise to support the PA Liquor Licenses Company and the New PA Liquor License Compliance division. Sarah with her experience in the financial and legal sectors will benefit the organization as it continues to be Pennsylvania's #1 Hospitality Brokerage Firm.

Specialties: Mortgage Banking and Paralegal

Background and Education: Sarah started college at the University of Pittsburgh and then transferred to the Indiana University of Pennsylvania for an English Education Degree. Sarah graduated from IUP with a BA in English Literature with a Spanish Minor. She went on to complete a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Washington (Go Huskies). Sarah has worked in debt collection as a paralegal, in mortgage banking in initial disclosures and post-closing sales, and in banking operations as a corporate paralegal.

Out of the Office: Outside of the office, she is joined by her husband, Cliff; Her two daughters, Shannon and Sophia; and her dog, Ruby. Sarah lives in Cranberry Township, PA. Her family loves to travel, run races to benefit JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund International), and hike. Her favorite vacation was to Peru to climb Huayna Picchu and Vinicunca Mountains with my husband.

Favorite Local Spot: Rumors Bar and Restaurant

Favorite Food: I love a good salad, Mexican food, or takeout Chinese.
