Sofranko Advisory Group Welcomes Kathy Marshall, Vice President of Business Development
PITTSBURGH, P.A. – Sofranko Advisory Group, a premier hospitality brokerage in Pittsburgh, Pa is pleased to announce that Kathy Marshall has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. With growing demand in our region, and to best support our clients, Kathy will be responsible for facilitating sales of restaurants, providing financing guidance, and ensuring business deals are mutually beneficial to both buyers and sellers.

Kathy brings to the table a passion for the restaurant industry as well as years of experience in sales, execution, planning, financials, and marketing. Kathy has a high level of integrity, and is motivated by her passion for the hospitality industry as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Kathy Marshall is a native of Western PA, and currently resides in the South Hills with her husband and kids. She is a graduate of Indiana University of PA, with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management.
Kathy has spent most of her 20+ years in the Hospitality business as an Event and Catering Director including:
- Working in food service for corporations such as Aramark and Levy Restaurants, spending 8 years at PNC Park planning events at the ballpark as Director of Catering.
- Managing traveling food and beverage operations in the Sports & Entertainment Industry at Fenway Park, Citizens Bank Park, M&T Bank Stadium, and Oriole Park at Camden Yards, as well as multiple other stadiums, arenas, and convention centers.
- Most recently, managing events at their locations in Market Square and North Hills – NOLA on the Square, Metropolitan Club, Molinaro Ristorante, Pirata / Wolfies, and Il Pizzaiolo in her role as Director of Catering and Events for MW Hospitality.
