Led by Grubbs, Liquor License Lending will provide bank-free financing for restaurateurs and business owners to purchase Pennsylvania Liquor Licenses in the Greater Pittsburgh Area.
Over the last 15+ years of his career, Grubbs:
- Acted as the CFO in the Spa and Salon industry
- Financed and flipped millions of dollars of housing
- Written business plans for everything from parking lots to coffee shops to horse farms
- Hired and trained over 100 employees
Most recently, Grubbs open Verve 360 with his wife Aubre in 2008. After starting with only 3 employees, Verve grew to over $1 million in annual revenue and 15 full-time technicians. In 2012, Verve was recognized by the City of Pittsburgh as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the city.
During his tenure as Owner of Verve, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh’s Pittsburgh Entrepreneurial Fellows program and successfully consulted, modeled, and mentored multiple businesses in the city.
Grubbs is married to his wife Aubre and has raised her daughters (Bayley and Maeson) since they were 5 and 2 years old. Outside interests include golfing, travel, cooking, music, skiing, and softball.
