A passion for craft beer

Sofranko Advisory Group would like to extend its heartfelt congratulations to Art Barbus, the proud new owner of House of 1000 Beers located at 357 Freeport Street in New Kensington.  “Craft beer has been my hobby and my passion,” he says. “I couldn’t be more pleased.  As a Sofranko Advisory Group client, Art’s passion and enthusiasm is contagious and we are proud to accompany him on his new journey!

From consulting to brokerage to financing

Art had initially engaged Sofranko Advisory Group to assist him in developing his own bottle shop concept but as luck would have it, the previous House of 1000 beers owners were ready to retire and had hired Sofranko to sell the business on their behalf.  It was love at first sight (or beer!).  The only thing left to do was to secure the financing required and the deal was made.
