Currently developed into 12 hotel rooms which uses the third floor of the facility. Entire 4^th floor remains undeveloped. Large enough for 15-20 more rooms. One handicap room located on second floor which can be accessed by wheelchair lift. There is also a large 2-story loft apartment over the garage area consisting of 4 BR’s and 2 BA’s with private laundry.

Restaurant & Pub

Located on the second floor of the building. Seats approximately 125-150 people. Large selection of draft beers, craft liquors, and domestic bottled beers. Bar stool seating for approximately 15 people. Equipped with pool table, air hockey, juke box, and arcade games. A family fun center!

Catering & Event Hall

Large events/catering area that hosts weddings, receptions, parties, reunions, political events, showers, etc. Seating for 250 people. A huge space to play!

Large Outdoor Balcony & Patio Space

Completed in the spring of 2019. Space to accommodate 100 on the balcony and 200+ on the patio area. LCB licensed area. Also includes an outdoor bar area and granted permission for outdoor musical acts (special noise ordinance enacted by Town Council.)
