We Believe in Pittsburgh

We know that the city of Pittsburgh is coming back, despite any bumps in the road because Pittsburgh is resilient and creative! If anyone can come back from this difficult time, it’s Yinzers! We truly believe that this is just the beginning of a Restaurant Renaissance in the city, particularly downtown.

We recently shared an article from Forbes Magazine called “Why Restaurants Will Not Just Survive But Thrive After The Pandemic.” The following passage really stuck out to us in light of current times:

…In the aftermath of Katrina, New Orleans gained restaurants. Where there had been 984 restaurants in the city before the hurricane, there are now more than 1,300, an increase of about 30%.

This is not to say that restauranteurs aren’t facing unprecedented struggles, but just that growth and creativity is going to blossom in the years to come out of these challenges.

Be a part of the upcoming reopening of Downtown  Pittsburgh with your new restaurant.

We know there are still restrictions on dining downtown, as well as fewer workers in downtown offices. Now is actually the time to jump into a new opportunity if opening a downtown restaurant is your dream. The process of buying a restaurant takes time, especially now, so getting started now will allow you to be ready to open in 2021.
